- Ordering
All orders are placed through our secure Paypal account. Paypal accepts credit cards and bank transfers. When placing a custom order you will be prompted to fill out a corresponding customization form.  Once the form has been submitted you will be directed to our secure Paypal site. Once your order has been received we will send you a confirmation email.

 

- Shipping
All merchandise is shipped via insured priority mail, which takes 2-3 business days.

In-stock one-of-a-kind and limited production pieces will be shipped in 2-3 business days.

Some limited production pieces may not be in stock and an additional 2 weeks will be needed for fabrication. If this extra time is needed for fabrication you will be notified in our confirmation email. 

 

- Returns
Our one-of-a-kind and limited production inventory may be returned within 14 days of delivery if returned in its original condition. Payment refunds will be made through the original method of payment, please include the receipt or copy of your receipt. Custom items are made to your specifications and are non-returnable.
Gift reciepts are entitled to a merchandise exchange.
Please call ahead to return an item for shipping instructions.

 

- Quality
Our design standard is driven by creativity. We invite you to share in this process when you choose a custom piece.  All metalwork is handmade in our studio, except for some findings and chains. The Designer Stones are purchased from U.S. lapidary artists and are collector quality.  Production pieces may vary slightly in size or finish from photos.
